Every organisation is at a different stage. Choose the level of support that fits where you are now, and we’ll shape the details together. Where most partnerships start ### The Fundraising Review Before anyone meets a donor, we get clear on where you really are. A tailored review of your fundraising, a 12 month action plan with clear priorities, and two coaching sessions to turn the plan into action. It stands on its own, with no obligation to continue. From Feb 2027 01 ### Strategic Adviser Senior guidance and accountability while your team leads delivery. Our role Advise Rhythm Monthly leadership session Your assets We review and strengthen Donor work We advise Best for teams with capacity who need a sharp outside eye. From Feb 2027 02 ### Implementation Partner One day a week, alongside your team, building and embedding the model. Our role Build it with you Rhythm One day per week Your assets Developed together Donor work We support Best for organisations ready to build the system properly. From May 2027 03 ### Fractional Leadership Two days a week of senior major gift leadership, reporting to your CEO. Our role Lead Rhythm Two days per week Your assets We lead development Donor work We lead selected relationships Best for organisations between leaders, or ready to scale fast. All options are subject to availability. Investment is tailored to your organisation and discussed on our discovery call. Good questions ## Before you ask. The questions boards and leaders ask us most. Why not just get advice from someone on our board? Board members bring real expertise, and we’ll lean on it. But they also bring limited time, competing priorities and closeness to the organisation. We bring an outside view, dedicated focus and someone accountable for asking the hard questions and seeing the work through. Is the review just a report with a bigger bill to come? No. It’s a complete piece of work with a clear plan you can run with. If you choose to keep going with us, it will be because the review gave you clarity and confidence, not because you were led there by surprise. Will you introduce us to donors? Not before you’re ready. Introducing donors too early does more harm than good. We make sure your message, priorities and supporter experience are strong first, so every relationship has room to grow. Do you only work with Christian organisations? Most of our partners are faith based, and we understand church and Christian donor networks well.
